Measurement & Verification

Procurement Services

Obtain services directly on behalf of clients, and/or collaborate with them on procuring of projects and services consistent with MCEC’s statutory mission and objectives. MCEC serves as a strategic and neutral advisor, enabling us to provide tailored services to help clients at any stage in their procurement process. This includes the identification of approved project partners, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors.
