Identify and work with partners to help project owners access development planning resources, determine eligibility for low and/or no cost financing, and complete a feasibility assessment.
Regulatory Navigation
Review federal and state regulatory requirements, offering guidance through permitting process and other program applications.
Financing & Grant Funding
Match organizational needs with low-cost financing and grant funding opportunities and implementation partners. Identify approved financial institutions and partners, offering grant writing assistance is also available.
Measurement & Verification
Identify and benchmark performance metrics and key performance indicators over time. Support tracking progress to confirm guaranteed and/or projected savings versus realized energy savings, and to quantify actual financial benefit versus projections.
Procurement Services
Obtain services directly on behalf of clients, and/or collaborate with them on procuring of projects and services consistent with MCEC’s statutory mission and objectives. MCEC serves as a strategic and neutral advisor, enabling us to provide tailored services to help clients at any stage in their procurement process.
