The Maryland Solar For All Program supports the creation and expansion of low-income focused solar programs in the state of Maryland. These initiatives allow economically disadvantaged and underserved Maryland residents reduce their energy costs through solar power, even if residents are not homeowners.

The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) was recently selected by the EPA to facilitate this program within Maryland through a $62 million grant award.

For Maryland Residents

Consumers involved in Solar for All can benefit from energy savings generated from nearby solar installations. These installations can be located on houses, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and in open space. To qualify for these programs, the consumers must be low-income and/or part of an underserved community.
