REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROPOSALS: Maryland Wood Fuel Supply Chain Analysis
The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) seeks proposals from qualified firms (Contractor) to provide a detailed report showing county-by-county stock of fuel-grade wood, state of forest health, and where forest and urban wood management is needed. Additionally, the study will assist policymakers in targeting specific areas within the state for economic growth, environmental sustainability, waste reduction and job growth.
Proposals must clearly communicate to each specified audience, addressing relevant concerns, highlighting the environmental impacts, economic potential and impacts, as well as policy recommendations based on findings from the long-term projections of forest health evaluated with the level of wood energy usage.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Marketing and Communications Support
The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) seeks proposals from qualified firms (Vendor(s) or Offeror(s)) to provide on-call, open-ended support for marketing and communications projects to build awareness for MCEC, its mission, programs, and resources. Tasks may include, but are not limited to graphic design, brand and campaign strategy development and implementation, market research, media engagement, and direct outreach efforts.
This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. This Contract will not automatically renew.

The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) is issuing this combined RFQ/RFP to furnish Owner’s Representative/ Clean Energy Project Management Services to provide a range of services for multiple diverse projects, including but not limited to Energy Performance Contracting, and as described herein.
MCEC intends to award multiple contracts to quality organizations based upon expertise, qualifications, and costs.
