The C3 Fund is engineered to catalyze clean energy growth across the state, with the next application round officially opening on May 13, 2026. This session is designed to help partners navigate available financing tools and prepare high-impact submissions for projects that deliver meaningful economic and environmental benefits to low- and moderate-income (LMI) communities in Maryland.
We will highlight the following three targeted financing windows:
- Short-term Bridge Loans for Geothermal and Solar projects
- Lines of Credit for Solar Developers and Installers
- Project Feasibility Grants for Underserved Market Actors (e.g. non-profits)
