MCEC is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to conduct an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Assessment for Baltimore County government.
The selected vendor will work with Baltimore County to develop a comprehensive EV infrastructure plan that supports the County’s transition toward electric and hybrid vehicles. The assessment will evaluate electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) needs across up to 15 County facilities, identify optimal charging station locations, develop vehicle replacement schedules, and establish annual conversion goals through FY2030. The vendor will also identify applicable rebates, grants, and alternative financing opportunities to support implementation.
Proposals should demonstrate the Offeror’s experience conducting EVSE site assessments and coordinating with utilities, permitting agencies, and local municipalities, preferably on behalf of public-sector fleet clients — particularly agencies, authorities, and instrumentalities of the State of Maryland.
