The City of Takoma Park Maryland (the “City”) is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to install a 64.8 kW rooftop solar system at the city’s new library as specified in the Public Facilities Solar Grant (the “Grant”) from the Maryland Energy Administration (“MEA”), of which the City is a recipient.
The overall purpose of this RFP is to provide information to Offerors interested in preparing and submitting proposals to meet the specified requirements for the installation of a 64kW solar system on top of the new Takoma Park library. The intent is for the City to own the system.
