The C3 Fund is engineered to catalyze clean energy growth across the state through three targeted financing windows:
- Catalytic Bridge Facility: Short-term project financing
- Line of Credit for Energy Developers: Revolving working capital
- Project Feasibility Grant: Early-stage predevelopment work
All funding windows prioritize projects that deliver measurable economic and environmental benefits to low- and moderate-income (LMI) communities in Maryland.
