SOLAR FOR ALL

MCEC is building a collaborative working partnership with state, local and municipal government agencies, NGOs, labor and workforce training organizations, financing organizations, industry leaders, contractors and project developers to coordinate an application submittal by the September 26, 2023 deadline.

Please complete MCEC’s Solar for All Intake Form if you would like to be considered as a project partner. This submission deadline is 5:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, August 31, 2023.

CLEAN ENERGY ADVANTAGE

Maryland residents have an affordable, fixed rate financing option for home energy improvement projects. MCEC and the Montgomery County Green Bank have launched the Clean Energy Advantage (CEA) Loan Program, authorized by the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) with approved funding from EmPOWER Maryland.

drive reductions in greenhouse gas emissions associated with the use of fossil fuels.
