CLEAN ENERGY ADVANTAGE

Maryland residents have an affordable, fixed rate financing option for home energy improvement projects. MCEC and the Montgomery County Green Bank have launched the Clean Energy Advantage (CEA) Loan Program, authorized by the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) with approved funding from EmPOWER Maryland.

create and retain jobs;

drive economic and business development in local communities;

assist in the commercialization of innovative technologies;

reduce energy costs for consumers, and

drive reductions in greenhouse gas emissions associated with the use of fossil fuels.
