C-PACE provides an avenue for contractors to create new sales and execute large-scale projects that have long payback periods. Similar to construction loan draws, contractors can receive progress payments to install eligible energy, resilience, and environmental improvements.

Become a MDPACE Contractor
- Learn about the C-PACE program in your area
- Become a registered contractor.
- Once approved, your company will be listed on the md-pace.com website.
- Work with property owners to fill out the Pre-Application, scope, and/or develop project analysis.
- Develop final scope, project costs, and schedule. Assist property owners with final application.
- Receive payments – either in a lump sum or in scheduled construction draws.
- Project complete! You gained another happy customer, ready to refer your company to their network.
