RFP Announcement: Clean Energy Advantage Loan Pilot Program Management

The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) and the Montgomery County Green Bank (MCGB) have gained approval from the Maryland Public Service Commission to develop and implement the Clean Energy Advantage Pilot Program.

As Program Administrators, MCEC and MCGB are seeking a vendor to successfully launch and strategically manage the pilot program. Vendors submitting proposals must submit references from customers who have successfully engaged their services for similar purposes.
