Maryland residents served by BGE, SMECO, Potomac Edison, Delmarva Power, Pepco (excluding Montgomery County), or Washington Gas can apply through their utility’s rebate program by working with an approved participating contractor in their service area.
NOTE: Program availability varies by utility territory. Not all participating utility territories are currently accepting applications. Please visit the CEA website for the most current list of participating utilities and application availability.
A maximum of $50,000 in financing is available per installation address. Loan approval is contingent upon meeting the conditions of the Clean Energy Advantage Loan Program. Loans provided under the Clean Energy Advantage Loan Program are administered by the Maryland Clean Energy Center and Montgomery County Green Bank as authorized by the Maryland Public Utilities Commission.
