Rural Energy for America Program
Free technical assistance and grant application support is available for Maryland-based rural agricultural producers and small businesses to access USDA Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) funding.
RFI FOR FEDERAL FUNDS
Through a Request for Information (RFI), MCEC seeks to gather information regarding the potential use of State funds to implement the priorities outlined in Maryland’s Climate Solutions Now Act and associated Climate Pollution Reduction Plan, the Clean Energy Jobs Act and Clean Energy Future package, and leverage federal financing from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office.
CLIMATE CATALYTIC CAPITAL FUND
The Climate Catalytic Capital (C3) Fund, created with passage of the Climate Solutions Now Act of 2022, exists to increase implementation of clean energy measures and technologies intended to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impact of climate change.
