2020 MD Clean Energy Summit is Aiming for Resilience
In the face of disruption from weather events and the impact of climate change communities, companies, and institutions are targeting resilience to sustain local economies and ecosystems. The 2020 Maryland Clean Energy Summit aims to provide a full quiver of strategies to cope with the resulting decentralization of underpinning systems including: energy, water, and food supply in addition to public health, safety and transportation. Topics for discussion include distributed generation, energy storage, and how the energy as a service business model fits into the resiliency equation.
Presenters will provide efficient and affordable adaptation sight lines and introductions to emerging technologies for business, community, and campus managers tasked with planning, financing, and constructing strategic solutions and adjust to the “new normal” of a post carbon reality.
