This position is a key part of AFC First's Energy Loan financial team. Primary functions include the effective management of financial and accounting tasks as related to Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger Reconciliations. This will involve establishing and maintaining protocols and procedures for integration of our various internal financial systems with outside data sources such as banks and investors. Establishment of a positive rapport with colleagues and external constituents is essential. You will work in concert with the Accounting Analyst and Customer Service Manager, report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the CEO and COO. The position is based at AFC First's headquarter in the AFC First Energy Center on Brookside Road in the West Allentown/Lower Macungie Township area.

The MDV-SEIA Board of Directors is seeking an Executive Director whose primary responsibilities will be to administer the daily functions of the organization, ensure the Board is supported in their duties, manage staff, support fund raising and manage events. This is a part-time position with a target of 30+ hours per week. The ideal candidate would have the flexibility to adjust the weekly hours based on the needs of the organization.

The Izaak Walton League of America has the opportunity to serve as a host organization for a Chesapeake Conservation Corps participant and is looking for young adults who would like to participate. The Chesapeake Bay Trust Conservation Corps program provides service learning opportunities and green job training for young adults (age 18-25) through environmental and energy conservation projects. The initiative pairs participants with organizations for hands-on environmental, leadership, and technical training opportunities for a one-year term of service to begin in late August 2012. There are a variety of options for on-the-ground environmental restoration and conservation projects in communities throughout Maryland.
The Izaak Walton League has a great opportunity for a Conservation Corps participant to conduct outdoor and stream ecology education activities with children pre-K through 9th grade, recruit and train volunteers to conduct water quality monitoring on local streams, and conduct outreach with homeowners to encourage them to install stormwater management techniques such as rain gardens and rain barrels on their properties. The one-year position is full-time, starts in August 2012, and is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The volunteer would receive a stipend from the Chesapeake Bay Trust and benefits.
