PARTNER WITH MCEC TO HELP MARYLAND REACH 20% BY 2022 As the state strives to reach the 2022 renewable portfolio standard goal, the Maryland Clean Energy Center will be actively advocating for policy and financing programs and encouraging the adoption of energy efficient practices, products, and services.
Our activities will reach business owners, entrepreneurs, researchers, scientists, students, homeowners, and policymakers – and you can help us achieve our goals while being a part of our outreach efforts.
PLUG YOUR BRAND INTO THE CLEAN ENERGY COMMUNITY We are seeking both general support and sponsors to support MCEC activities that will help increase public awareness of and investment in clean energy, such as:
- Clean Energy Day in Annapolis
- MCEC Annual Conference
- A lecture series, under development, to feature luminaries in clean energy field
- Enhanced online tools and community features for the business community
- Public messaging campaigns planned for the year ahead.

Sponsorship tiers include:
- Gigawatt: $10,000 and up
- Megawatt: $5000 to $9,999
- Kilowatt: $2500 to $4999
- Transformer: $1000 to $2499
- Generator: $500 to 999
- Power Lines: $1-$499
Program Details
Sponsor logos at the Transformer Level and above will be featured on the home page of the new MCEC website and announced in our monthly newsletter
All sponsors will be listed in the Sponsors and Partners area of the website
All sponsors will be included in the Resource Directory as appropriate
All sponsors will be invited to a sponsor reception at the annual MCEC conference
Sponsors at the Kilowatt level and above will be acknowledged at all events and given display space at appropriate venues to promote directly to the event audience.
